ABOUT MY ORIGINALS
Paint
All my watercolors are painted with a limited palette. I use ONLY permanent pigments with no more than 3 to 5 colors. All my watercolor paints are professional watercolor brands made with the highest quality ingredients and pigments. With proper care, my original watercolor paintings will last a lifetime and beyond with the same vibrancy and color as the day I painted it. Your watercolor painting will be sent with a certificate of authenticity. Please keep this in a safe place with your important papers away from the painting.
Paper
I use Arches 300# bright white, 100% cotton, cold pressed, archival and acid free watercolor paper. Arches has been making watercolor paper for a few hundred years. It is a trusted brand I have been using for 15 years. My paper will not yellow or cause fading in the pigments.
Shipping
I prefer to sell and ship my paintings without the frame. The price is the same either way. My thoughts are that you are buying my art. The matting and framing should reflect your home or office and your personal style. I am always excited to see how each watercolor has been framed to blend and complement the new home! I will take great care to package your new painting carefully! If you prefer to have me ship your painting to you with the frame, I am happy to do so. I will ship your new painting with the utmost care to protect the painting and the framing.
ABOUT MY PRINTS
Purchasing prints (problems)
If you are purchasing a print (framed, matted, or unframed) or canvas wrap (framed or unframed) of my originals and are in any way unhappy, please let me know right away so we may work on a solution. If you are unhappy because you have decided that the image was not what you wanted, after all, it is not possible for me to refund your purchase price. If you receive your print and it is damaged or the printing is inferior or the wrong print, please email me right away and we will work the remedy the problem as soon as possible.

Please be aware that there may be delays due to shipping or printing delays. This can change day to day or week to week.
